You Don't Know What is HR So Tell Me What To Do

I'm very sian because is long weekend and I have no plan.
I logged on to my msn and the 1st person to chat with me was a fellow colleague. He has resigned and is serving his notice. For the past few days, I kept asking him for jobscope and he kept telling he does not know who to hire. I said I do not need him to tell me to to hire. I just need YOUR JOBSCOPE. Still replying me the same thing "I dunno who to hire." Then i explain to him what is jobscope, it is description of job duties and responsiblities. I even state example, like preaparing of invoices, chasing payment, etc. And he still fucking don't understand. He is damn idiot. He even suggested me to hire someone with IT knowledge and asked me to discuss this with GM. I asked him based on what reason to hire someone with IT knowledge. He said he don't know. FUCK FUCK FUCK. I replied that you don't the reason then how am I going to propose to GM? That idiot said is HR job mah.
He has been an clueless idiot who knows nothing and trying to be smart. I'm friendly to him because I pitied him for being blamed for things not done by him and having a very irresposible work partner. But this time I'm not going to give him face when he said "this is HR job mah". I shot straight to his face. "You don't know what is HR and you don't come and tell me what to do." He continued blahing his silly "theory" and not trying to be busy body. WAH LAU.... i just need his jobscope, taht's all mah. Anyway I blocked him. Such an idiot... Not only destroyed my mood and my "yuan qi da shang" for wasting my breathe, talking with an idiot. Typical guy with muscles but no brain.
