To Grace

Today i called one of the F&B supervisor, Grace. Been working with for eight months plus. Although we don't have fantastic corpoaration in work but we are still good colleugues. We only meet once a month because of monthly F&B meeting. Grace is a plump, 30 plus woman, married and has children. You'll feel happy looking at her. Smiling face.

Yesterday, she called me to enquire for her balance annual leave then i knew she has resigned. Her job is not easy especially she is married with children. She cried telling me she cannot continue working here anymore, is pointless and not appreciated. I can feel for her because i went through before. She is a strong woman. When she has broke down and cried means is more than just some lecturing from boss.

Today, i called her again. She feels better, maybe because is her birthday. I'm very surprised and glad that she invited me to her small celebration. Although maybe is just a casual remark but i know she'll not even bother to leave a casual remark to somebody else. I did leave a good impression to her.

Grace will not be reading this blog because she knows nothing about computer. But still...
